This business was built on the foundation of serving others and doing so wholeheartedly. While it wasn’t my childhood dream to become a wedding planner, I now cannot imagine my life in any other scenario. This career has led me to the most wonderful places, introduced me to the most beautiful relationships, and taught me far more about myself than I ever could’ve before finding this piece of my heart.
I love listening to my couples’ stories and dreaming up the thoughtful details that will make up their one-of-a-kind wedding day. Seeing their reactions to these details coming to fruition make pouring everything I have into this business such an easy choice. My couples will always be the heart and soul of what I do.
I’m equal parts logistical planner and design extraordinaire. When I’m not buried in color swatches or crunching timelines, you can find me spending time with my four-legged babies, binging the newest Netflix series, in the nearest Starbucks or gallivanting around TJ Maxx.

I cannot explain the rewarding feeling I feel seeing our couples begin this new chapter of their lives in the dreamiest of settings on the wedding day they’ve dreamt of for months.
I’m a natural problem solver and love to serve others as Jesus would. I see the value in creating a relationship with you and your fiancé that ensures trust and support every step of the way. On the wedding day, you can count on me to be your biggest hype girl, cry during your first look, and hug grandma at the end of the night.
In my spare time, I love traveling, coaching young athletes, spending time with my family and being a fur mom to my double-doodle Ozzy.

After planning my own wedding in 2020, I fell in love with the planning process and knew I wanted to explore it on a professional level. My husband and I own 77 Grounds Coffee in Davidson, NC. As a small business owner myself, being a part of the Katie Brooks team has been such a rewarding experience for me. It allows me to be creative, create relationships with the sweetest couples, and serve others as I love to do.
On your wedding day, you may find me hyping you up right before your ceremony or behind the bar keeping your guests "hydrated" ;). My husband and I operate a full service mobile coffee and espresso bar for weddings and events as well! In the off chance that I'm not at a wedding, I love to spend time with my husband, Sean and cavapoo, Buddy trying new restaurants and exploring new places.
